Does anyone know if the following bonus tracks were ever actually released?

19.     City Girl

I've seen listings where it states they were on the 2CD version but I have that & they are not on there...if they were released does anyone know which version & if it's available to buy anywhere?

None of those songs were recorded or released as part of Kablammo.  Likely a fake/spam listing.  Where are you getting this information from?  The 4 Kablammo bonus tracks from the 2 CD version are:

CD2-1     Juvenilia     3:40
CD2-2     Terraform     3:22
CD2-3     This Time Tomorrow     3:12
CD2-4     Anything Is Possible     3:04

I thort it was probably rubbish since the details were so scarce, wonder if it was some kind of pre-release tracklisting that got sent to the press or something that then changed...the source isn't the most reliable by any stretch of the imagination...

I saw that same list when searching for the second cd contents BEFORE Kablammo was released. It specifically said American Devil was a 2015 version. So I wonder if it was an early version of the second cd ... or just someone's guess that somehow got posted to a random website. But the fact it named the four tracks that were actually released before anyone else did makes me think there was some truth to it.

Shame, I wish that bonus cd was more than four tracks!
